All Information on this site heps you activating the “share tool”. Before we start, please , make sure that you received the instruction mail after your order.
DNS settings:First step for sharepoint activation is editing the CNAME of the DNS settings.
In case we are Tech-C of your domain you edit the DNS settings in our customer center (Zákaznické centrum Active24) Please go to section „Domains“ and click on the icon „DNS“ of the domain you want to administrate. Help function can be activated by clicking on the „?“ button. Please edit the DNS (CNAME) settings:
- Name: please, name a sub domains under which sharepoint should be available, for example: intranet
- TTL: enter a value of your choice, for example 86400
- Alias: please enter the following alias: wss-vs-01.activeisp.com
In case we are not Tech-C of your domains:
- Please edit the DNS setting as described with the hosting company who is your Tech-C for this domain..
How can I administration of Sharepoint?
You can find it in the customer center under menu virtual server (Virtuální servery) under details (Detaily). The domain under which runs sharepoint has a special icon which enables you to login to an external interface called MyAccount.
