Choose a domain
Registration of a domain
Before registration, do not forget to have a look at the price list and choose a suitable domain that will suit you best. After that, enter the desired domain name as “mydomain”, without “www”, and choose an ending from the list. Click on the button “Check” and you will find out if your domain is available or not. If it is, click on the button “Add to the cart” and the chosen domain will move to the shopping cart.
If you want to get another domain name, repeat the procedure and open the cart. This is the way how to add other domains to the cart. In case the chosen domain is not available for registration, you will see “Domain is not available” and you will not be able to put the domain into the cart. Then, click on “Choose a new domain”
Webhosting on a registered domain
Here you can order webhosting on a registered domain. All you have to do is to enter the whole domain name and add it to the shopping cart.
Settings of domains and services
After you have added your domain to the cart, you have the following possibilities:
- To change the registration period for your domain
- To change the default DNS server of the domain (default: alfa.ns.active24.cz, beta.ns.active24.cz). To register the domain on your own identifier To choose some of our domain services (like DNSSEC) by clicking on “Edit”*
- To order webhosting exactly according to your preferences or some of our services offered along with the domain, click on “Finish the order”
- Remove the domain from shopping cart
*/ Do not forget that it is necessary to create a record for chosen DNS servers (in case of a change, other DNS servers) otherwise the registration of the domain does not have to be successful
Entering your contact information
If you already customer of ACTIVE 24 s.r.o, you should have already a username and password.
These entries can be now used for signing in. In case that you are a new customer, you have to fill in the whole form. Username and password will be sent to you via email.
After the registration / signing in, you can decide if you want to use the same contact information for payments.
Contact can be changed anytime in the Customer Centre.
When you click on “Go On”, you will proceed with the order.
Confirmation that you accept terms and conditions and payment method
To finish the order, you have to confirm that you accept Registration Rules (In case you register .CZ domain) and with General Business Conditions of ACTIVE 24.
After you have clicked on “send a registration request”, you have to choose a form of your payment.
Note that domains are registered after we have received the payment.
You can follow the state of your payment in the Customer Centre.
Confirmation of a successful payment
After finishing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail of the order and a payment call. Please, read all e-mails carefully because all information in them can be useful.
