Conditions for rendering of virtual server services
- General Business Conditions of ACTIVE 24, s.r.o. are an inseparable part of these conditions for rendering a virtual server.
- Both contracting parties of the agreement (Provider and Customer) are defined in the General Business Conditions of ACTIVE 24, s.r.o.
- Conditions of running a virtual server
- These services are rendered on the basis of a customer’s order.
- The valid Price list Electronic Services
- The price for rendered services is set according to the valid Price List.
- All the other price conditions, discounts, commissions, bonuses regarding the order or the agreement are set according to the valid price list.
- The customer is not authorized to send spam with help of the services rendered to other subjects. If (s)he does so, it can be a reason to abort the contract.
- In case that all the imperfections caused by the customer are eliminated, ACTIVE 24 can renew the contract and this will be charged according to the Price list.
- Provider reserves the right to inform the customer about possible changes in rendering services. It will be pursued by sending an e-mail. If we do not receive the client’s statement within 21 days, it will be considered as an acceptance of new charges.
- In case the virtual server does not function, the customer is authorized to meet sanctions towards the Provider according to the schedule.
- In case the customer has ordered a virtual server in ACTIVE 24, it can be used only for services that have been ordered in ACTIVE 24.
Distance connection to the database can be created for one or more IP addresses and for the purposes of administration only. - The customer can end the contract electronically only ( helpdesk@active24.cz). This abrogation is valid from the beginning of a new invoice period.
- If the customer abrogates the agreement in course of an invoice period, (s)he cannot lay claims to any refund for the services.
