Settings of DNS entry (MX):
1) In case we are Tech-C of your Domain::
- DNS entry can be edited in ACTIVE 24Customer center Please go to section „Domains“, and click on the icon „DNS“ of the domain you want to administrate. Help function can be activated by clicking on the „?“button.
- You log in by entering user name and password, that you received by email after you ordered the domain.
- MX entries are: mx1.mbn1.net; mx2.mbn1.net; mx3.mbn1.net..
Option A) New ordered web hosting services
- Required MX entries are already set as default.
Option B) Changes for existing web hosting services
- MX entries remain the same, the ones you inserted
- For forwarding to a new platform it is necessary to change MX entries to mtx1.mbn1.net., mtx2.mbn1.net. a mtx3.mbn1.net.
- Therefore you need to add this CNAME Name: autodiscover as Alias for: autodiscover.mamutmail.com.
2) In case we are not Tech-C of your domain
- Please edit the DNS entry for Tech-C
3) Mails which are not saved in your existing mail accounts will not be migrated after activation of this service.
- All existing mails will not be deleted as long as ACTIVE 24 Hosting exists.
- Web space of your existing hosting can be still used for your web site presentation or used for your data bases.
