Registration Conditions of New Domains in TLD (Top Level Domains)

1. ACTIVE 24 s.r.o. is not authorized to asses the advisability of registration request according to other ruler than according to the documents that were submitted for registration. Registration requests are processed in the order they were received. The applicant will be informed in case of wrong or incomplete documents for registration – no claim is laid in terms of registration of this domain. Ordered domains will be sent off for registration after the payment has been appended to the account of ACTIVE 24.

2. All the data needed for registration that were provided by the applicant will be further re-provided just to the administrators of TL domain for registration purposes.

3. All the legal conflicts concerning the registration of the particular domain name are to be solved according to the rules announced by the particular TL domain administrator.

4. ACTIVE 24 does not assume responsibility for:

• Claims of the third parties regarding trademarks or business names related to the registered domain;
• Claims regarding the running of the domain or failures that can occur from the TL administrator’s side;
• Occupying of the chosen domain by another registrar in the course of registration process at DOMÉNY.CZ;
• Maintenance of a record about the domain in the database of the TL domain administrator;
• a payment of a periodical renewal fee for a domain record.

5. The length of registration process obeys the rules and dates of the particular TLD administrators, eventually a partner registrar of ACTIVE 24. ACTIVE 24 cannot guarantee the accomplishment of the registration of the domain order by the applicant.

6. Maintenance of the domains registered as TLD Switzerland (.ch), Lichtenstein (.li) a Hungary (.hu and .co.hu) follow special conditions. If the customer does not cancel the registration of the domain 4 weeks prior to its expiration electronically helpdesk@active24.cz, via fax or in a written form, the domain will be automatically prolonged an invoiced for the next term.. In case that the invoice or the renewing fee is not paid off in time, the payment must be accomplished by the customer directly to the national registrar without any prior notification. As to the other TLD, the domain, for which the renewing fee was not paid off, is automatically cancelled.

7. In terms of the rules of .SK domain registration, the registration is processed on the Slovak subsidiary’s behalf. This subject is the registrar and owner of .SK domain according to the database of SK-NIC (http://www.sk-nic.sk). Rights of property regarding the domain are adapted in the electronic form of Mandátní smlouvy that can be made in a written form at the request.

8. To register .DE domain, it is necessary to enter a contact from Germany. ACTIVE 24 does not provide this service. If you order .DE domain and your application form will contain wrong or incomplete entries, ACTIVE 24 does not guarantee a successful registration. Apart from this, when registering .DE domain, it is necessary to ensure proper technical setting of your DNS server.

9. The amount of the payment for registration and maintenance of records about domains depends on the business policy of TL domain administrators and on the current course of U.S. dollar to Czech koruna and can vary without any prior notification. The price valid during registration is relevant.
