Domain transfer
ACTIVE 24 supports all the following domains:
.CZ, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .EU, .BE, .NAME, .MOBI, .SK, .AT, .DE, .PL
.CZ
A .cz domain can be transferred to Active 24 just in a few seconds in our Customer Center under menu item "Domain" => "Transfer" ! For a transfer of a .cz domain a so called AUTH-INFO (password for transfer) is necessary. This AUTH-INFO you request from the still current sponzoring registrar of your .cz domain.
.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ
To transfer a .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO or .BIZ domain (so called generic top-level domains "gTLDs"), the domain has to be unlocked and must not expire within 21 days. You also need an AUTH-INFO (Transfer Authorization Code) which your current sponsoring registrar of your domain is obliged to hand out to you. The domain transfer costs 199 CZK without VAT (238,80 CZK including VAT).
.EU, .BE
To transfer a .EU or a .BE (Belgium) domain, it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. Anyone can apply for a domain transfer. The transfer has to be confirmed by the registrant. The domain transfer costs 199 CZK without VAT (238,80 CZK including VAT). When transferring a domain, it is possible to change DNS servers and the registrant. Upon execution of the transfer order, a new 12-month term will start for the domain name.
.NAME
To transfer a .NAME domain (generic top-level domain gTLD) it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. It is also necessary to know thet AUTH-INFO (Transfer Authorization Code). This code is available from your current registrar. The transfer costs 650 CZK without VAT (780 CZK including VAT).
.MOBI
To transfer .MOBI domain it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. It is also necessary to know the AUTH-INFO (Transfer Authorization Code). This code is available from your current registrar. The transfer costs are the same as for domain registration, according to this price list.
.SK
To transfer .SK (Slovakia) domain it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. The transfer costs 200 CZK without VAT (240 CZK including VAT). After the payment, you will receive an e-mail with detailed transfer instructions and a form to change the registrar. The form must be confirmed by the registrant who can be found in the Central Register.
.AT
To transfer .AT (Austria) domain, it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. The domain registrant can apply for the domain transfer only. The registrant has to prove that he is the domain owner.
.DE
To transfer .DE (Germany) domain, it is necessary to send an accredited reqirement from the Customer Center. Both registrant and the domain administrative contact can apply for the domain transfer. While transferring, no changes can be done in the whois entry. Otherwise the transfer will be rejected.
Upon execution of the transfer order, the domain owner will receive an e-mail with a form, which he will send via fax to the .DE domain Central Register – DENIC. If the transfer is not confirmed within 60 days, the domain will be transferred. To transfer the domain, the registrant OR the administrative contact in the whois, need an official address in Germany, no matter what nationality.

.PL
To transfer .PL (Poland) domain, it is necessary to send an accredited requirement from the Customer Center. It is also necessary to know the AUTH-INFO (Transfer Authorization Code). This code is available from your current registrar.
